THE OBSTACLE

The client is going through a re-branding effort to better market to their target demographic. Their current brand, Crossfit MHF, has mainly targeted those interested in Crossfit and they wish to reach a broader audience partly through updating their website. They had a few concerns with the old site as it was dated and lacked organization and flow.

THE IDEA

The client had been utilizing SBI!, a site builder company, to run their blog-like site for several years. It had the functionality they wanted, but didn’t allow for styling customization. After discussing options, it was agreed that the best option was to use WordPress to rebuild the site so they could still keep their daily blog and incorporate modern styling and functionality.

THE SOLUTION

Content was organized and parsed out to provide users better flow. A professional photographer was hired to shoot updated headshots, action shots and still imagery. The theme uses JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to provide interactivity and a better user experience for visitors. The site is also responsive for those viewing on mobile devices.
